Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 09/15/2026
This policy explains what information IXS Solutions ("we", "us") collects
through metsmallbusiness.com, how we use it, and who we share it with.
This site is for employers looking for group benefits for their business.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you ask for a quote, we initially collect your email address, ZIP code and phone number.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, we and our service providers
collect information about your device and your visit using cookies and similar
technologies. This includes the pages you view, the time and length of your visit, the site or advertisement that brought you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city or region) based on your IP address.
How we use the information
We use the information to:
• prepare and provide your quote, and carry your details to the online quoting site so you do not have to type them again;
• contact you by email or phone about your quote request;
• operate, secure and improve the site;
• measure how well our advertising works and decide where to advertise.
How we connect your request to your visit
When you submit the quote form, we associate your request with information about your visit — for example, which advertisement or page led to it. We do this with an internal reference number, not by placing your name, email address or phone number in our analytics data. We also keep a record of your request with our customer records, so the person who follows up with you can see it.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to
measure whether our advertisements lead to quote requests. These services set cookies
and collect the visit information described above. The same visit is recognized
when you move from this site to the online quoting site.
When you submit the quote form, a scrambled ("hashed") version of your email address and
phone number may be sent to Google so that Google can match the request to an
advertisement you clicked. Google does not receive them in readable form from us.
We may also use visit information to show our advertisements to people who have visited
this site before.
To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see
https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the pages of this site. Clarity sets cookies and records how you move through a page: mouse movements, clicks and scrolling. What you type into forms is hidden from these recordings. Microsoft processes this information under its privacy statement: https://www.microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement.
Your choices:
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- You can control the ads Google shows you at https://adssettings.google.com.
This site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Who we share information with
We share information with:
- The online quoting site. When you submit the form you are taken to our online
quoting site, operated by Trionfo, and your email address, ZIP code and phone number
are passed to it. Information you enter there is handled under that site's own privacy
policy.
- MetLife, the insurance company that underwrites and offers the coverage, as needed
to quote and issue it.
- Service providers that work for us: our website host, our customer records system,
and our analytics and advertising providers, including Google and Microsoft.
- Others when required: to comply with the law, to respond to legal process, or to
protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete
it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below. We may
need to verify who you are before acting on a request, and we may need to keep some
information where the law requires it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in
this policy, and as required by law, including insurance record-keeping rules
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Material changes will be posted on this page
